Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, issue details, and clear photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

  • Items returned without prior approval

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@islamicsaura.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions

  3. Once approved, return the product as instructed

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by Islamic Aura

  • If the return is requested for any other reason, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Order Refusal / Undelivered Orders

  • If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, shipping charges may be deducted from any applicable refund

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order restrictions
